The Guild is a space launch company building fully reusable orbital rockets. Today, over 80% of global launches rely on a single vehicle, creating a structural chokepoint in orbital access. Razor Crest Mk-1, built around a novel reusable upper stage, is the world’s first fully reusable medium-lift rocket. Capable of placing up to 24.8 tonnes into Low Earth Orbit, the vehicle enables launch costs as low as $500/kg with rapid 72–96 hour turnaround. This unlocks high-cadence constellation deployment and sovereign launch capability for the most ambitious satellite operators. Supported by proprietary propulsion breakthroughs and large-scale private infrastructure nearing completion, the Guild is advancing toward its first orbital launch in 2027 and has signed over US$130 Million in launch agreements.
