Niraj Singh is a serial entrepreneur and founder and CEO of Spinny - a full-stack used car retailing platform in India. He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from IIT Delhi. 

He founded a company called Locus Education in 2007 after he graduated, an IIT-JEE test prep venture that had online and offline class models. He founded TechMonkey, a Delhi-based internet media company and content aggregator. He then served as Founding Partner for investment firm Outbox Ventures. 

He founded Spinny in New Delhi in 2015 and has been expanding their footprint across India since.
