Based on your high-priority areas of help, you will be paired for 1:1 interactions with operators curated by Atoms.
Location
You will also be organized into intimate sessions with 2-3 founders working closely with a single coach. You will get attention for your unique needs and will also learn from what other founders are getting help with.
1:1 with Accel Investment Manager
Like all our portfolio companies, you will work closely with an Accel investor to ensure that you can get maximum value from the program, and learn from their experiences.
Master Workshops
Every month, you will participate in curated master workshops that provide a foundation needed by every startup: Market Sizing, Product Strategy, Pitch Tuning.
Hands-on Application
Your learnings are most valuable when directly applied to your startup. Share your work on the above with an Accel team member to help you translate your learnings into action very quickly.
Global speaker Series
Sessions where we can hear about founder success stories and ask those founders about the early days of those journeys.
Bi-weekly Townhalls
Meet a subset of your cohort regularly in ‘pods’ to share progress on your OKRs.
Community Hangouts
The Atoms startups will be 10-12 of the most promising early companies in the Indian ecosystem today. Build long-term friendships and an invaluable support network over informal time together.
